Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to manufacture complex parts and tools.
  • •Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts; load raw materials and replace cutting tools following setup procedures.
  • •Check product specifications, address nonconforming products, and complete production documentation while meeting schedules.
  • •Adhere to safety protocols and 5S standards, including appropriate PPE use and maintaining a clean work area.
  • •Perform daily autonomous maintenance and collaborate with manufacturing and design engineering to support manufacturability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with machined parts and the operations of CNC milling and turning equipment.

  • •Ability to read blueprints and set up sheets while following machining procedures.
