Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end sales administration and order management across Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers.
  • •Update communicated ETAs and complete proactive order tracking to improve on-time delivery performance.
  • •Manage installation PO creation and installation date management, including chasing installation invoices.
  • •Create and manage Sold-To accounts in SAP and maintain internal Sales inbox processes.
  • •Manage credit released information and related spreadsheets, and support accurate weekly reporting for management decision-making.
