  • •Drive end-to-end execution of power generation projects against contract scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
  • •Lead cross-functional and cross-country teams (engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance) to ensure collaboration and accountability.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate execution, commercial, technical, and supply chain risks to improve project profitability and customer value.
  • •Serve as the primary customer focal point, establishing relationships, proactively communicating, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • •Own project financials (forecasting, budgeting, reporting) and support construction, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance/handover.

  • •Minimum 3 years of project management experience managing complex industrial, energy, infrastructure, or power generation projects.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships in challenging project environments.
  • •Knowledge of power generation technologies (e.g., gas turbines, generators, balance of plant) or large industrial projects.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including project profitability, cash collection, and contractual matters; PMP/PMI certification preferred.
