Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Online Storage team, including coaching, performance management, and hiring.
  • •Drive multi-cell scalability work such as data isolation, regional redistribution, and cell provisioning with Core Infra.
  • •Own reliability and disaster recovery for core storage systems (Aurora, Elasticache/MemoryDB, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch) to defined RPO/RTO targets.
  • •Set technical direction for unified search and permissions-system consolidation.
  • •Partner with product teams as an internal platform, triaging needs, setting guardrails, and maintaining observability and on-call health.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •2+ years managing teams of 6+ engineers.
  • •Hands-on experience building or operating production data infrastructure at scale (relational databases, caching, distributed storage, or search).
  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in SaaS or FinTech, or bootstrapping 0->1 projects (nice to have).
