Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, handle quality/inventory monitoring, and report customer or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Key Requirements
