Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the maintenance of 50+ corporate subsidiaries and coordinate formation, dissolution, and restructuring of entities globally
•Manage outside counsel and corporate service providers and ensure audit-ready records
•Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, People & Culture, and Real Estate teams across regions to establish policies and manage global entity needs
•Lead enhancements to entity management processes with technology; implement AI-enabled tools and dashboards for visibility and efficiency
•Support strategic transactions and capital market activities, including reorganizations and recapitalizations, as part of the Legal team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: ARS 28,977,300 - 46,288,500

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal, governance, or entity management
•Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and ability to work independently
•Ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions and time zones
•Legal drafting experience (powers of attorney, policies, etc.)
