Job Summary

Lead the commercialization and sales integration of BVNK with Mastercard across settlement, Mastercard Move, MTN (Pay & Receive), card issuance, and future use cases. Build the sales operating model and GTM motions, drive regional engagement models and revenue synergies, and align cross-functionally across global sales organizations. Develop sales enablement programs, coordinate pricing/policy and incentives, and ensure effective use of Salesforce, Seismic, and pipeline tracking dashboards to improve execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and operationalize the Sales Operating Model (SOM) between Mastercard and BVNK, including roles, governance, and interaction frameworks across sales teams.
•Lead commercialization strategy and GTM execution via regional engagement models, market prioritization, customer insights, and integrated value propositions.
•Develop sales enablement programs with Sales Excellence, including playbooks, case studies, internal training, and webinars.
•Drive alignment on pricing strategies, sales incentives, lead generation/qualification, and deal structuring/approvals in partnership with Finance and P&C.
•Ensure systems and process alignment by integrating and leveraging Salesforce, Seismic, and pipeline tracking dashboards to build data-driven GTM and performance insights.

Key Requirements

•Experience in payments, fintech, digital assets, or enterprise commercialization strategy.
•Strong understanding of cross-border payments, settlement, and treasury flows.
•Working knowledge of crypto infrastructure including on/off-ramps.
•Proven ability to build and scale sales operating models and GTM strategies with measurable revenue impact.
•Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
