Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead in the production of track designs and provision of technical support throughout to support all stages of the design process (Feasibility through to Construction) in both Plain Line and S&C.
  • •Independently deliver / manage the production of design deliverables in accordance with client requirements.
  • •Act as a Senior technical resource and serve as technical advisor and/or mentor for lesser experienced team members.
  • •Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.
  • •Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree or Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university; Washington Accord accredited preferred; Registered, Professional or Chartered Engineer, or eligible for qualification or working towards.
  • •15+ years of track design experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects with substantial experience in international projects, preferably in Middle East, UK, USA and Canada.
  • •Proficiency in Bentley ORD and Autodesk Civil3D.
  • •Extensive experience and technical proficiency in Plain Line and Switches & Crossings.
  • •Experience with earthworks, including cut and fill modelling and quantity estimation.
