Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a high school diploma, with trade school certificate preferred; field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, and bending; pass required drug and background checks.
