Key Responsibilities

•Own overall captive client engagement and satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for senior client collaborators.
•Lead the development and execution of annual account plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements and Aon’s goals.
•Ensure delivery of client servicing in line with service schedules and stewardship commitments, including producing and presenting stewardship reports.
•Monitor performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in client outcomes and service quality.
•Identify opportunities to grow revenue and margin through cross-sell and up-sell across Aon capabilities, while coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance or equivalent experience
•Proven experience managing complex captive client relationships within insurance, reinsurance or risk consulting
•Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder account teams across functions and geographies
•Comfortable working with data and dashboards (Power BI, D365, SICS) to extract insights and drive performance
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives
