Key Responsibilities

•Produce high-quality technical and professional deliverables for projects and proposals.
•Design complex and large air distribution and hydronic systems (supply/return/exhaust, chilled water, heating water) and specify building automation controls for large systems.
•Lead multi-discipline project teams to develop drawings and specifications for architects, contractors and building owners; attend client meetings and lead discussions.
•Coordinate with internal project team members and external vendors/manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure project success.
•Mentor a team of engineers and perform construction administration while managing project scope and budgets.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
•7+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for high-performing commercial, industrial or mission-critical/data center buildings.
•Experience mentoring and training others in the field.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop high-quality technical deliverables.
•Occasional travel may be required to client sites.
