Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients, delivering personalized, integrated retail banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients, selling, delivering, and providing ongoing service for fee income and retail banking products and services.
•Develop and update understanding of clients’ financial needs using profiling and personal financial planning analysis; work with financial advisors on investment accounts aligned to asset allocation objectives.
•Stay current on economic, legal, investment, and market trends impacting clients; act as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorneys, and CPAs.
•Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by developing new clients, expanding services, marketing new products, and managing sales activity and pipelines using the contact management system.
•Collaborate with Truist Integrated Relationship Management partners across banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance to ensure an integrated approach and serve as an advocate for clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent financial services experience and training.
•Minimum five years of financial services experience working with clients in banking, investments, and/or retail lending, or one year in a financial client relationship manager role.
•Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory, insurance, investment management, asset allocation, and retail credit/traditional retail bank products for mass affluent clients.
•Maintain required securities and insurance credentials (SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7, 66; Life, Health, and Variable insurance), and be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant with NMLS background check requirements.
•Strong interpersonal, sales, relationship management, and presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
•Strong written, verbal and presentation skills including demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
