Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the PPM system, define portfolio priorities and benefits, coordinate implementation, and produce periodic reports across the Authority
  • •Prioritize and evaluate project budgets using sub-portfolio recommendations and update the approved project list per developments
  • •Manage and develop the EPM System to align with best practices, review project information and plans per procedures
  • •Lead and develop the portfolio management team to deliver governance, improvements, and implementation outcomes
  • •Prepare and apply for RTA’s international project management contributions and ensure alignment with the strategic plan

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business
  • •9+ years experience with a Master's degree (11+ years with a Bachelor's) in project management or related field
  • •Proven experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) practices
  • •Ability to develop and manage PPM systems, define portfolio priorities and benefits, and coordinate implementation
  • •Experience with governance, performance reporting, and alignment to strategic KPIs
