Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
  • •Strong ServiceNow platform engineering experience, including enterprise integration, application development, or automation.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
  • •Strong ServiceNow development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, scoped applications, data modelling, debugging, and performance analysis.
  • •Knowledge of ServiceNow security (roles, ACLs, OAuth, certificates, encryption, credential management, audit logging, and secure coding practices), plus experience with ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities.
