Key Responsibilities

•Participate in immersive training and on-the-job rotations to build foundational technical sales and engineering skills.
•Collaborate with Cisco Associate Sales Representatives to design technical solutions that bridge customer requirements and business value across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud.
•Develop and demonstrate AI-enabled solutions using Cisco technologies to address real-world customer challenges.
•Earn industry-standard certifications and gain hands-on experience in a hub-based cohort with mentors and coaches.
•Transition toward a Solutions Engineer role within Cisco’s Global Virtual Engineering team after completion of the program.

•You hold a technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or have demonstrated real-world technical curiosity (e.g., home lab, certification, or side project)
•Fluent in English and the primary language of the country you are applying to
