Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement validation methodologies and comprehensive functional/performance test plans for networking technologies in large-scale AI cluster solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain benchmarks and automation tools for test execution, environment setup, log collection, and data analysis.
  • •Lead end-to-end investigation of complex issues by reproducing scenarios and analyzing logs, telemetry, packet captures, and system metrics to drive root-cause resolution.
  • •Read and understand source code (C/C++/Python) to investigate defects and validate fixes, improving logging, instrumentation, and debugging capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with software and hardware teams to debug networking technologies and correlate AI training/inference workloads with network/system telemetry for performance scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in networking, system validation, or related domains.
  • •B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven ability to debug complex production systems by forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and driving issues to root cause.
  • •Ability to read, debug, and reason about C/C++ code (Rust or Go is a plus).
  • •Strong scripting/automation experience using Python and Bash (and/or Ansible), plus deep understanding of distributed systems.
