•Manage and/or self-perform hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
•Collaborate with licensed professionals on survey, investigation, abatement design, and remediation tasks.
•Provide technical and regulatory leadership for projects in New England, the US, and internationally.
•Develop proposals including work scope, budgets, and schedules for surveys, designs, and abatements.
•Review and coordinate technical work, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and regulatory standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually
