Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, program, set up graphics, establish communications links, perform end-to-end testing, and troubleshoot and service assigned projects.
  • •Document point-to-point verification, validate sequence of operations, and complete job close-out requirements.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand installation/repair requirements and forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Stay current on Trane product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair for direct digital control systems; enforce safety and maintain asset accountability.

Key Requirements
