Own end-to-end delivery for Aiwyn’s most complex, high-stakes enterprise customer implementations, including multi-phase, multi-product programs tied to M&A playbooks. Lead a cross-functional delivery trio (Solutions Architect and Implementation Engineer) through planning, execution, and cross-team alignment. Partner with customers at the executive level, manage scope and risk, maintain program cadence, and ensure solution design and delivery stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end success of complex, multi-product customer implementations by building and maintaining comprehensive program plans.
•Lead the Advanced Implementation Delivery Trio (Solutions Architect and Implementation Engineer) by driving alignment and accountability across functions.
•Serve as primary delivery leader for enterprise customers, facilitating executive conversations and managing escalations to maintain confidence.
•Manage scope and risk by identifying scope creep, handling change control, maintaining a risk register, and driving timely resolution.
•Ensure solution coordination by aligning design and execution and establishing program cadence through weekly syncs, milestones, and executive readouts.

Key Requirements

•6+ years delivering implementations, program management, or professional services in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

•Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without direct management authority.
•Familiarity with technical implementation concepts (data migration, system configuration, integration architecture) to hold technical workstreams accountable.
