Job Summary

Underwrite and structure wholesale loan transactions for the Middle Market Healthcare Services franchise, handling complex requests above $10M and some above $100M. Manage an assigned portfolio averaging over $500M by monitoring performance, identifying risks early, and coordinating credit delivery end-to-end with cross-functional partners. Prepare credit packages, negotiate legal documents, and provide coaching/technical assistance to junior portfolio managers.

•Independently structure loan terms, covenants, and pricing; recommend deals to credit risk management.
•Underwrite and perform financial and other due diligence for new wholesale credit requests, including analyzing financial statements, tax returns, borrowing base statements, appraisals, and collateral.
•Prepare concise credit packages covering transaction purpose, borrower profile, strengths, risks/mitigants, and recommendations for presentation.
•Negotiate legal documents and support closing for portfolio loan transactions.
•Manage assigned portfolio performance by monitoring trends, ensuring covenant compliance/collateral monitoring, and coordinating credit administration activities (renewals, modifications, periodic credit reviews).
