Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC) and develop estate strategies, operating models and change management.
  • •Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, engage with clients, and manage client relationships with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.
  • •Analyze and present data to evidence proposed solutions and support decision-making.
  • •Understand commercial, strategic and operational perspectives to influence key decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (Essential)
  • •Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, MSP)
  • •Business Case Writing skills or equivalent experience
  • •Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and in client-facing roles
  • •Knowledge of HM Treasury 5-case model and experience supporting business case authoring
