Key Responsibilities

•Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC) and develop estate strategies, operating models and change management.
•Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, engage with clients, and manage client relationships with strong written and verbal communication.
•Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.
•Analyze and present data to evidence proposed solutions and support decision-making.
•Understand commercial, strategic and operational perspectives to influence key decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Essential)
•Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, MSP)
•Business Case Writing skills or equivalent experience
•Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and in client-facing roles
•Knowledge of HM Treasury 5-case model and experience supporting business case authoring
