Key Responsibilities

  • •Own solution design for credit platform capabilities across application, decisioning, simulation, and reporting.
  • •Lead the Business Analysis practice within the Credit platform, establishing standards, templates, and ways of working.
  • •Translate business and IT goals into actionable deliverables across multiple countries, bridging business, risk, operations, and engineering.
  • •Create epics, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria; produce functional designs (process flows, data mappings, business rules, exception handling).
  • •Support backlog refinement, dependency management, release planning, delivery risk management, QA support, and regulatory/audit requirements in solution design and rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in credit domain platforms within banking or financial services.
  • •Proven track record as a Tech Lead, BA Lead, or in a hybrid role within complex transformation programs.
  • •10+ years’ experience delivering IT change in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
  • •Experience delivering projects in Wealth Management and/or Private Banking.
  • •Hands-on understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, event-driven integration, and data workflows; strong requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
