Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the unified agentic enablement roadmap across Engineering, Product, Design & Research, Data & Analytics, and TPM; define shared infrastructure vs. function-specific components and surface tradeoffs to leadership.
  • •Be the product owner for the internal app and agent platforms; define and drive the product strategy for the internal app platform, plugin marketplace, and agent runtime; partner with Developer Platform and Data Platform teams.
  • •Translate between functions and the platform; sit with function leaders to understand workflows, turn them into requirements, and translate platform capabilities into actionable outcomes.
  • •Drive cross-functional commitments to closure; manage canonical context, evaluation practice, plugin marketplace, internal app platform, and ownership map to keep initiatives moving.
  • •Define and report on metrics for agentic enablement; build a narrative of adoption and impact to secure buy-in across functions

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience with developer tooling, AI platforms, or internal productivity tools.
  • •Demonstrated success owning ambiguous, cross-functional product surfaces end-to-end—defining strategy, sequencing the work, and shipping with engineering partners.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping real products on modern AI/LLM primitives—prompting, evals, tool use, agentic workflows, MCP, plugin or skill ecosystems.
  • •Strong technical fluency to match engineers on system design, API tradeoffs, evaluation methodology, and agent architectures.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to operate across engineering deep-dives, function leadership, and executive narratives
