Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete training and certification in the assigned domain.
  • •Deliver onsite and virtual instruction on domain products for new installs and functional areas, driving dealer utilization.
  • •Customize training curriculum and consulting to dealer needs and clearly present system functionality while answering dealership questions.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of product settings, features, and cause-and-effect relationships, and troubleshoot domain questions and issues.
  • •Document and communicate training activities (agendas, daily reports, recaps, support tickets) and participate in product enhancement review sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Automotive industry and/or dealership experience required.
  • •Bookkeeping and/or Accounting experience required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience (or Master’s degree up to 2 years related experience, or 6+ years related experience with no degree).
  • •Comfortable with extensive 100% travel; valid U.S. driver’s license required.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, Dealertrack DMS, Xtime Spectrum, VinSolutions, or Dealer.com.
