  • •Own UKG configuration activities on the digital HR application management team, supporting operational excellence and product enhancements.
  • •Focus on timekeeping, accruals, data hub, time clocks, activities, and related HR functions across the enterprise.
  • •Partner with HR and business stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain enterprise systems, policies, and procedures.
  • •Lead research and delivery of UKG/HR technology configurations aligned to strategic priorities; identify conflicts and integration issues and propose alternatives.
  • •Interact with configuration leads and Integrated Business Technology teams to deliver transformational digital HR programs, including M&A activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and experience in HR technology (or equivalent combinations such as master’s with less experience, or 8 years of HR technology experience).
  • •3+ years hands-on experience supporting and administering UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions.
  • •Proven experience configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules within UKG.
  • •Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into UKG system configurations, workflows, and process improvements.
