Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, and support facility infrastructure and building systems (plumbing, roofing, doors, and general facilities maintenance).
  • •Repair and maintain utility systems including mechanical, electrical power, steam, chiller, compressed air, and natural gas systems.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, equipment rebuilds, and special projects; respond to breakdowns and restore uptime.
  • •Execute and document planned and unplanned maintenance activities within the CMMS.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) / failure analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or related environment.
  • •Experience performing mechanical and electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • •Experience supporting facility infrastructure and utility systems.
  • •Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, P&IDs, and use CMMS to document maintenance activities.
