•Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive store performance and KPIs.
•Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers/fans.
•Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.

Salary: USD 77,000 - 90,000 annually
