Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery and project management tasks and report to Associates, Principals and Directors.
  • •Support successful project delivery with technical support to juniors and consultants.
  • •Maintain high quality of FLS submittals and ensure efficient time delivery with QA/QC ownership.
  • •Create and edit FLS drawings and sketches according to AESG CAD and PDF standards, including preparing and reviewing architectural FLS drawings.
  • •Prepare FLS strategy reports and studies, participate in continuous development of FLS deliverables, and support project financial success (pipeline, forecasts, accounts receivable, efficient delivery).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree level in Engineering or equivalent studies related to fire and life safety expertise.
  • •Minimum 7+ years of FLS technical experience.
  • •Native Arabic speaker.
  • •Strong technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial, and Hotels sectors in the Middle East.
  • •Understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design across all design stages, with the ability to deliver and control tasks within time and budget.
