•Translate Life Sciences client AI strategy and supply-chain challenges into innovative AI solutions using the Process Intelligence platform to drive measurable impact.
•Lead pre-sales technical discovery and capability demonstrations, then stay involved post-sale to guide implementation, adoption, and value realization.
•Rapidly prototype solutions for customer hackathons to address pain points across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
•Support agentic process transformation to enable ROI at scale using autonomous AI agents for use cases like inventory rebalancing and shipment exception handling.
•Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects by architecting and delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails; integrate with ERPs (e.g., SAP), QMS, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements

•8+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech supply chains, including AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases.
•Deep understanding of Life Sciences supply chain business processes (e.g., S&OP, procure-to-pay, track & trace, cold chain management, quality control/batch release) and mapping needs to AI use cases.
•Expertise in generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering for large, siloed supply-chain datasets.
•Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in relevant fields or equivalent experience preferred.
