Lead operational performance across dnata Cargo’s international network by supporting the VP Cargo in monitoring and maximising Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Drive One dnata initiatives and projects to optimise network performance, resolve service quality and adverse KPI trends, and standardise customer experience. Establish governance, oversee risk management and compliance, manage KPI reporting through MicroStrategy BI, and co-build corrective action plans with operational managers.
