Job Summary

Own service contract deal desk work, including creating Opportunity/Quote and booking compliant AGS service contracts, supporting complex entitlement scenarios, and ensuring billing and audit-readiness. Maintain and amend contracts, support idling enablement adjustments, and provide forecasting/reporting support for opportunity/quote/book bill activity. Partner with Sales and stakeholders on business process and system improvements, including BRD documentation, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and UAT support.

Key Responsibilities

•Create Opportunity/Quote and book AGS service contracts for standard entitlements and support quote-to-booking for complex non-standard scenarios.
•Support billing and audit compliance from SOW to quote to booked contract, including SOX walkthrough readiness and coordinating to resolve non-compliant scenarios.
•Execute standard contract amendments and support development of processes for non-standard entitlement amendment scenarios.
•Support idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments, including process support for complex non-standard idling scenarios.
•Provide forecasting and reporting/SME inputs, and deliver PM support for business process and system improvement initiatives (BRD development, facilitation, action tracking, document creation, and training review).

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 108,000 - 148,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, deal desk contract management, sales operations, or commercial/financial operations and project management.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
•Experience working in ERP and CRM systems (SAP strongly preferred).
•Ability to interpret contracts and understand basic legal and commercial terms.
•Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.
