Job Summary

Support the Executive Director for International Employment and Compliance with cross-border employment law matters across multiple international markets. Partner with the global People Team on employee relations best practices, advice on investigations and consultation processes, and day-to-day employment issues including contracts, discipline, and restructuring. Help maintain people compliance by tracking legal and regulatory updates, supporting employment litigation, and advising on diversity and inclusion, workforce representation, and UK visa sponsorship compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide employment and labour law advice and support across international markets, supporting the Executive Director for International Employment and Compliance.
•Partner with the global People Team on employment relations best practices, including advising on consultations and supporting investigations.
•Advise on day-to-day employment matters, including contract templates, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, and exit paperwork.
•Support employment compliance activities, including staying up to date on legal and regulatory changes, handling compliance queries from auditors and regulators, and supporting litigation.
•Work with Business & Legal Affairs on UK visa applications and global mobility immigration requirements, including compliance with the UK visa sponsorship licence and managing external counsel when appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Qualified legal professional with 2+ years PQE (preferable).
•Strong experience in UK and International Employment law, gained in private practice or in-house.
•Demonstrated experience working with and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including advising on data privacy, risk mitigation, and policy development.
•Experience handling international employment law issues, including consultations and employee relations matters such as investigations and disciplinary matters.
•Ability to coordinate investigations across Europe and APAC markets.
