Manager, DTP Operations (Timberland)

Lead merchandise selection and purchasing for one or more categories, including defining type, quality, sources, timing, delivery, mix, and promotion. Develop plans to maximize gross profit by coordinating sales, gross margin, inventory turnover, promotion costs, and markdowns. Select and evaluate vendors and negotiate product costs, with potential private label design responsibilities. Use strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills to manage short- to medium-term category goals under general direction.
