Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support daily welding activities, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.
  • •Analyze customer orders and select appropriate welding procedures (WPS), supporting PQR development when needed.
  • •Work closely with operators to ensure correct execution of welding processes and material usage.
  • •Review production plans and ensure availability of consumables and resources.
  • •Manage welding consumables (selection, ordering, and proper use).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Welding certification (IWE / IWT / IWI / IWS or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or similar environments.
  • •Good knowledge of welding processes, materials, and standards.
  • •Experience with WPS/PQR and quality requirements.
  • •Italian fluency and a minimum of B1-B2 in English.
