Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily and weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed.
  • •Manage staffing and production schedules to meet customer needs while optimizing resources.
  • •Develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs, training employees on safe work practices and addressing hazards and ergonomic concerns.
  • •Uphold sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure compliance with USDA and company regulations.
  • •Train supervisors and employees through line meetings, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide leadership and guidance on the production floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes, yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.
