Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish robust governance structure to provide clear goal definition, sanctioning and control to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals
  • •Support leadership with business development and account management
  • •Integrate and drive stakeholder and consultant deliverables in support of project strategic priorities in alignment with delivery expectations and requirements
  • •Lead consultant integration and engagement at the appropriate project stages in alignment with RACI and governance charts
  • •Lead portfolio governance and assurance on project and cost management activities and accountabilities on projects in delivery stage

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant program management experience in commercial office tenant fit-outs for energy companies or similar
  • •Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related construction field (or equivalent transferable field experience)
  • •Strong knowledge of program management methods, forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
  • •Proven track record delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints with safety
  • •OSHA 10 certification and ability to read/interpret construction drawings and specifications
