Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement measures to maintain a strong Global Trade (GT) compliance environment in Plant 22 and other Engineering areas.
  • •Develop and implement GT project strategies in partnership with Senior Managers to sustain and enhance GT culture.
  • •Guide the GT Development/Escalation focal network to raise compliance knowledge and empower business employees.
  • •Guide Engineering employees on GT requirements embedded in business activities (classification, data marking, screening, authorizations, travel, internal safeguards, and transfers).
  • •Implement GT requirements and initiatives (training, communications, procedures, tools, standard work) and support audits, investigations, screening, authorizations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Legal, Operations Management, or Drafting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience (or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience).
  • •Knowledge of Engineering and Global Trade procedures and processes, including compliance requirements.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • •MS Office skills.
