Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement security assistance strategies and national security programming to prevent exploitation of emerging technologies, supply chains, and international research collaborations by U.S. adversaries.
  • •Provide project management oversight and assist/lead third-party implementers to achieve CTR objectives.
  • •Review threat reduction project proposals and recommend funding based on geographical and subject matter expertise.
  • •Support CTR budget planning, including grant/cooperative agreement/interagency agreement documentation, financial monitoring, reconciliation, and closeout.
  • •Conduct research and analysis to support tailored programs, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, and represent CTR in technical/policy discussions and meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret).
  • •Experience working on USG international security, sensitive technology protection, or nonproliferation and national security programs, including exercises and trainings.
  • •Strong writing and presentation skills, with experience in analysis, research, strategy development, interagency coordination, and implementing international programs in culturally sensitive ways.
