Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach federal government/military personnel on productive physical conditioning programs aligned with job requirements to enhance performance and wellness and reduce injury risk.
  • •Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs and provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery.
  • •Conduct individual and group assessments using observation, data collection, interviews, and consultations to tailor programs for sustained performance.
  • •Collaborate with medical, athletic training, and leadership/interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and report new or undiagnosed medical conditions as required.
  • •Manage specialized strength and conditioning equipment and report deficiencies for servicing and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with NCAA, professional sports, military, or other high-demand populations.
  • •NSCA Certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •U.S. Citizenship and ability to work outdoors for extended periods and travel up to 10%.
