Job Summary

Lead complex client onboardings and implementations with regulatory constraints, serving as a trusted advisor on how clients leverage the platform and APIs. Run advanced platform and API demos, guide resolution of escalations and ambiguous issues, and own delivery governance, onboarding strategy, and escalation management. Define and improve onboarding standards and playbooks, partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance onboarding and adoption, and track KPIs to optimize client time to value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex client onboardings and implementations across multiple dependencies or regulatory constraints.
•Advise clients on leveraging the platform and APIs to meet requirements.
•Deliver advanced platform and API demos, including deep dives into capabilities, patterns, and limitations.
•Guide resolution of complex client issues, escalations, and ambiguous problems.
•Own delivery governance, onboarding strategy, escalation management, and continuous improvement of onboarding standards, playbooks, and ways of working.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
•Experience operating in cloud, microservices, and API/streaming architectures, with familiarity with change control, release, and resiliency practices.
•Regulatory knowledge (GCC banking and payment controls, risk frameworks) with proven delivery to audit/compliance expectations.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope using advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, hybrid).
•Recognized ability to build trust-based relationships with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional partners across the implementation lifecycle.
