Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and optimize end-user device and M365 service performance and security across Intune and Active Directory.
  • •Implement, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and related applications.
  • •Utilize Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and integration with other IT services.
  • •Manage deployment infrastructure, configuration management, and maintenance for Windows and macOS systems and applications.
  • •Provide escalation support to the IT Service team and mentor/enable the team while staying current on modern workplace and identity-management trends.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in an IT support or engineering role.
  • •2+ years managing Intune and Entra ID.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 application suite.
  • •Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access.
  • •Proven troubleshooting skills plus experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell or other scripting languages).
