Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct a deep dive into GCS technical baselines and partner with engineering/technical leads to understand other teams’ roadmaps and friction points.
  • •Define and secure alignment on a 12-month GCS roadmap, prioritizing core modular hardware/software interfaces for easy integration.
  • •Drive adoption across Anduril by enabling multiple business lines to build on or integrate GCS into their product offerings.
  • •Own the full GCS lifecycle from fragmented requirements and defining the MVP through hardware sourcing/manufacturing, software integration, launch, commercial sales enablement, and scaling.
  • •Consolidate and productize customized systems by resolving technical debt and standardizing them into a cohesive, polished, scalable platform while keeping the baseline unified across divisions.

Salary: USD 132,000 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience for complex physical hardware products tightly integrated with real-time software.
  • •Ability to take systems in disparate, customized, or unrefined states and standardize them into cohesive products that get sold and scaled.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle mastery, from fragmented requirements and defining an MVP through hardware sourcing/manufacturing, software integration, launch, sales enablement, and scaling.
  • •Ability to build relationships across multiple business lines to drive adoption of standardized hardware interfaces while balancing unique needs.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
