Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Alternate Network Team Lead and ensure stability, security, and efficient operation of Army enterprise network environments within NETCOM GMT.
  • •Provide advanced administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Army Enterprise Network and JRSS environments.
  • •Lead incident response activities and coordinate restoration efforts in a 24/7/365 mission environment.
  • •Maintain and secure boundary protection systems in accordance with DoD and Army cybersecurity standards.
  • •Manage routers, firewalls, load balancers, and related network services; maintain technical documentation and mentor junior network administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
  • •Experience with DoWIN-Army or DoW enterprise networking environments and enterprise routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, VRRP/HSRP).
  • •Strong Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto (or other Army-utilized) platform experience.
  • •Working knowledge of DISA STIGs, RMF, ACAS, and Army cybersecurity compliance.
  • •DoD 8140 and networking certifications (Security+, CASP, SecurityX, CCNA, and/or JNCIS/JNCIA/JNCIS-ENT/JNCIP/CCNP) plus Top Secret/SCI clearance.
