Job Summary

Strategy-and-operations leader driving partner growth through data-driven planning, capacity and revenue modeling, and cross-functional program management to scale Notion’s partner and consultant motions. You will design operating cadences, collaborate with RevOps, Data, Finance, and GTM teams, and build processes to accelerate ARR growth while optimizing partner onboarding and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner org, including invest/divest recommendations, headcount and opex, OKRs, KPIs and incentives models
•Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions; Structure ambiguous problems through data, translating insights into clear recommendations
•Design and run “rhythm of the business” operating cadences e.g. KPI and OKR reviews to drive the right decisions at the right time
•Partner with BizTech and Data to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver the systems, reporting and analytics capabilities needed to run the Partner business
•Improve Partner process, working closely with Business Technology and Partner teams to improve end to end experience across Partner onboarding, lead gen, etc.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting, with applied experience in tech/SaaS
•Strong analytics and modeling capabilities: structure ambiguous problems through data and distill insights into clear recommendations
•Process-oriented mindset: build processes and automation that create efficiency and accelerate business results
•Impact orientation and ROI: craft narratives that weigh benefits and tradeoffs, guiding leaders to decisions that achieve goals
•Strong communication: communicate effectively across audiences, functions and levels, including executive leadership
