Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the PMO area (Project Monitoring) for residential, tertiary, and industrial construction buildings by analyzing project documentation and preparing the initial report.
  • •Monitor construction work through site visits and produce monthly reports.
  • •Analyze final as-built documentation and prepare the final report.
  • •Provide technical assistance to the client during the project.
  • •Support the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) engineering area by analyzing available documentation and applicable regulations, performing site visits, drafting technical TDD reports, and assisting the client throughout the project.

Key Requirements

  • •Training as a Building Services Engineer for buildings.
  • •Strong knowledge of building services systems: HVAC, ventilation, electrical (AT and BT), fire protection, plumbing and sanitation, renewable energy, fuels, etc.
  • •Knowledge of applicable regulations: CTE, REBT, RITE, etc.
  • •English level C1 (minimum).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience.
