Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems and related mechanical equipment, including steam boilers, thermal fluid heaters, HVAC equipment, ice machines, and ammonia piping. Learn all aspects of the refrigeration department, including cleaning, taking temperature readings, recording machine readings and compressor logs, and performing general maintenance. Follow process safety management requirements, train on Hi-Tech machinery, and respond to emergency situations in hot and cold working conditions.

•Work on delivery systems, steam boilers, thermal fluid heaters, HVAC equipment, enviro doors, ice machines, and ammonia piping valves/equipment.
•Develop proficiency across the refrigeration department, including cleaning, taking temperature readings, and maintaining machine/compressor documentation.
•Perform general maintenance on refrigeration equipment, including learning compressor-related processes and logs.
•Learn and follow process safety management program requirements and be able to train on Hi-Tech machinery maintenance and operation.
•Adapt to changing daily situations and respond to emergency situations when needed.

•Must have basic computer skills.
