Key Responsibilities

•Deliver L2 production support across Linux/Windows environments, including deployment and release management.
•Troubleshoot and debug application issues, coordinating with teams to resolve complex technical problems.
•Support database-related concepts using SQL and stored procedures across DB2/MS-SQL/MongoDB.
•Implement monitoring solutions in an enterprise environment, including configuration and integration.
•Work in shifts and weekends as needed, communicate effectively with teams and clients, and manage change information flow.

Key Requirements

•Good experience supporting Linux/Windows system platforms and using Perl and Shell scripting.
•Strong knowledge of databases such as DB2, MS-SQL, and MongoDB, including SQL and stored procedures.
•Experience with production deployment and release management.
•Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues, including understanding client requirements and software development processes.
•Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes (Products and Autosys are advantageous).
