Job Summary

Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials as part of the Financial Enterprise team. Partner with finance, business users, IT, and external support providers to troubleshoot Oracle EBS financial applications, resolve system/data issues, and support month-end close. Create functional requirements, process documentation, and knowledge-base materials; build test scenarios, execute functional/regression testing, and use basic SQL and BI reporting to support ad hoc requests.

•Serve as liaison between business users/managers and IT, providing day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS financial applications and related processes.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Oracle EBS financial applications, collaborating with Help Desk, technical teams, and external support providers.
•Support financial close cycles (including month-end close activities) with proactive/reactive production support.
•Develop functional requirements/specification documents and maintain process documentation and a knowledge base.
•Create and maintain BI reports, use basic SQL for research, and coordinate functional/regression testing for enhancements and issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
•3–5 years supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Financials, or comparable ERP financial systems in a production/business support environment.
•Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
•Experience with ERP issue resolution, data analysis, testing, documentation, and business user support.
•Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues, identify root causes, and partner cross-functionally with business and technical teams; basic SQL knowledge required.
