Call Center Senior Associate

Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You’ll consultatively understand customer needs, handle objections, and drive conversions while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work in a night-shift schedule aligned to North American time zones in a 100% office-based environment.
