Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the branch team to ensure understanding of products, services, and sales/service process.
  • •Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal control procedures.
  • •Drive growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics and lead the team to meet activity and outcome expectations.
  • •Conduct outside calling and develop Centers of Influence to identify small business referrals and grow relationships.
  • •Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates while managing staffing and scheduling, including work on Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and influence business partners; strong communication and public speaking skills.
